Questions, answered
Do I have to buy everything?
No — Receivables, Payables and Expense are separate products. Start with the side of the ledger that hurts, add the others any time from Settings; they share one workspace, one login and one document trail.
How does the free trial work?
Each product starts with its own 30-day trial — no card required to begin. Add a payment method in the billing portal any time before the trial ends; nothing is charged until it does.
What counts as a user?
Anyone who signs in to your workspace, per product they use — owners, clerks, approvers, viewers. Your customers paying invoices and your vendors onboarding never count.
Can the AI spend or release money by itself?
No. Autonomy is graduated and governed: the agent drafts at first, earns bounded auto-approval envelopes you define, and every action lands in an immutable decision log. Money release always follows your controls.
